Because of the worsening Covid situation the committee feels that it would be unsafe to hold our Christmas Lunch as planned. The Christmas Lunch is always well supported with anything up to 70 retired teachers attending. We feel that bringing such a large group together at this time would be unwise.
We are postponing this event until it is safer for us to gather in large numbers. However, we are going to hold the AGM in the Rivercourt Hotel on Wednesday, 1st December, at 11.30am. This will be a very short affair where the accounts will be presented for ratification and we will have the election of officers and committee for 2022. You are welcome to attend this event which will take about 30-40 mins and of course you will need your covid certificate at the door of the hotel.

If you cannot attend the AGM but would like to be involved on the committee please let Marian know beforehand.
We’re planning some fun competitions for Christmas and the Spring and will be in touch soon about these. In the meantime keep safe and well.
