Some people may have thought that Denis had lost his mind when they saw him going about photographing walls during our visit to Hook Head and Tintern Abbey.
I use textures in a lot of my flower photographs and both places proved to be a treasure trove of textures. I photographed some campanula (bellflowers) from my garden today and used some of the textures I gathered on Wednesday. Particularly nice was the green mould coming through the white walls of the rooms in Tintern Abbey.
