It’s that time of the year again when Kilkenny Arts Festival brings world-class theatre, music, opera, and visual arts to the medieval city of Kilkenny. Two of our members will be exhibiting their work (photography) during this premier festival.
Pauline O’ Brien AIPF, will be exhibiting her work with Kilkenny Photographic Society in Mac Donagh Junction Shopping Centre (outside Dunnes Stores) from 8th to 17th August. She will also be exhibiting and selling her work with St. Mary’s Art & Craft Collective in the Presentation Primary School, Parnell Street, Kilkenny.
Denis O’ Reilly FIPF, ARPS will be exhibiting his successful Fellowship Panel with Kilkenny Photographic Society in Mac Donagh Junction. In May, Denis was awarded his Fellowship (FIPF), the highest distinction awarded by the Irish Photographic Federation, for his Still Life Panel of 20 images on the theme of “Memories and Nostalgia”.
